  • Security and fraud prevention.

3) Sharing

  • We share with subprocessors to operate the service.
  • We do not sell personal data.

4) Retention

  • Account and pet data: while the account is active.
  • Notification logs and queues: up to 30 days.
  • Reports/PDFs: up to 7 days days (default 730).
